The Novel Tobacco Products Association was registered in December 2024 as a member’s society registered under the laws of Kenya (REG NO:SOCA-LLTPOWY) to promote the safe use and professional trading in Novel Tobacco Products such vape, shisha, ecigarettes, nicotine pouches and chewable tobacco among others.
Membership to the Association is open to various classes of traders in the industry including Manufacturers, Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers and Handlers of novel tobacco products.
We are dedicated to advancing the development, responsible manufacturing, and marketing of scientifically-supported novel tobacco products. We believe these products have the potential to offer adult consumers a less harmful alternative to traditional cigarettes, while promoting public health and harm

We aim to achieve this vision through collaboration with Kenya Government regulators, public health experts, and scientific researchers to ensure the highest standards for product safety and consumer protection
