Programme Title: “Informed Choices: Understanding Novel Tobacco Products”
The Novel Tobacco Association’s Education Programme is designed to inform, engage, and empower key stakeholders—including consumers, youth, educators, policymakers, and healthcare providers—on the responsible use, regulation, and health impacts of novel tobacco and nicotine products.
The court in “Shanzu Criminal Cases No. E062 of 2024 Rv Mohamed Said Mohamed; E063 of 2024 RvSalim Sleem &36 others; and E064of2024Rv Hussein Ali &8 others” where the court declared that “there is no and/or lawful ban for the use, manufacture, sale, offer for sale of shisha under the Public Health (Control of Shisha Smoking) Rules, 2017 for the reason that the said rules were not regularized by the Cabinet Secretary.
